BOOT CAMP OVERVIEW
In 2011 we’re offering a new type of strategic coaching and training for small organizations (under $1.5M annual operating) and start-ups. These group sessions allow attendees to share in group training around the following:
- The For Impact Point of View
- How to Engage
- The Sales Process (How to get the visit, etc)
- How to Leverage Board and Champions
- How to Ask.
At the same time, this format allows participating
organizations to benefit individualized feedback and strategy to help them
customize:

- A Funding Rationale
- Help with Prospect Strategy
- A Funding Plan
- Sales (Engagement) Tools*
*Our team will design your DRAFT engagement tool and provide one round of design revisions as part of your investment in this coaching.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Teams from small organizations (under $1.5M) and start-ups. Participation is limited to 5-10 orgs (depending upon number attending from each org).
Investment: $3500/organization
Investment includes:
- Engagement Tool Design
- Three months of strategic support in the form of a coaching call check-in at 30 days and 90 days after the training.
- One year of continued online training and support ($1500 value)
LOGISTICS
FLIGHTS
Fly into Port Columbus International Airport (CMH). Rental cars are advised. The site for our training (Eagle Creek Leadership Center)is 40 minutes northwest of the Columbus airport. The recommended hotels are approx 30 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Eagle Creek. Plan on arriving in Columbus the night before your Training Camp begins. You will be able to make return flights for anytime after 5:30 pm ET on the second day of training.
FOOD
Your training registration includes a light breakfast and lunch for both days. Please notify us upon your registration of any food allergies or if you are a vegetarian.
